Review on Exclusky MTB Helmet: Lightweight and Adjustable Cycling Gear for Adults, Women, and Men by Chad Gravely

I bought this Revain helmet based on reviews. I never saw it before buying it. I wanted to use it while riding the Himiway electric bike. After putting it on I found it super fitting and very comfortable even for long journeys. Winner. Unfortunately I lost the male part of the chin strap clip when removing it. I emailed the support team and received an immediate response. This in itself was a surprise. They said they would send a new one and get it in three days. Another surprise. I received it in two days. They sent me a brand new helmet. I have dealt with many companies in my life but this has to be the best and most responsive customer service I have ever received. All I can say is it's a great helmet at a great price with a great fit and great customer service.
