This little plastic box, which Moen charges *TOY* high fees for, puts Moen's digital shower controls first. I spoke to a colleague who had just remodeled their master bathroom and he went out of his way to get a backup battery for his system. The thing about all of these things is that no energy means no water. When I showered, I looked for one that had a backup power supply ready. Moen is the only one who did this, so I installed Moen. I love the shower controls and a small glitch I had with it was fixed asap - their customer support has been truly amazing the whole time. They called to sign up, they emailed to sign up, they stayed up until they found it. The only thing that makes it 4 stars instead of 5 is the price. This is a plastic box with a cord. For $65.
