There are probably better straps/slings out there.

Hate is a strong word, but this suspension was terrible! I would have sent it back but as we had no choice at the time it was second hand and had dog fur on it (we have since found an AMAZING harness here on Revain https://www.amazon.com/dp). /B00GPYFA50/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_0 which was expensive but considering we spent $30 on it. This thing was flimsy, cheaply made, slipped down over our older dog and was just awful to use when we needed to get him to do his thing. Every time we used it, it bunched up, slid up, slid down. Just disappointing and annoying. This was bought because he has arthritis in both hind legs and hip dysplasia. He needs a nudge to get up and then go about his business. Walking is fine, but we're keeping the grips loose just in case. The handles aren't adjustable, which we knew but had no idea how uncomfortable they would be to use. The velcro to attach the tourniquet worked, but almost too well because when the tourniquet started slipping and moving on him and he wanted to go down, it was difficult to undo the velcro to adjust it. We do not recommend this product at all.
