Review on Gold Woven 12 Inch Mozaik WPGC12 Chargers/Serving Platters by Chelsea Collins

This set of 8, Hammered Silver Premium Plastic 12” Chargers/Serving Platters is a rimmed set of plastic textured serving plates. The flattish, usable area of the plates is approx. (a bit over) 9.5" and you can see my pic of my flourless chocolate cake that is 9" fitting perfectly in the center. In addition to the rim, there is a shallow moat like area that surrounds the center of the platter, so it's not really flat. These plates are quite sturdy, and feel thick. I can hold my cake pictured with two, but not one hand, and it won't bend at all. These would be attractive chargers when used maybe for an outdoor event, or to hold salad toppings or other fixings. These have some limitations for looking good as a cheese platter or holding smaller cupcakes or hors d'oeuvres, though, because the moat makes thing at the moat part tip over towards the rim.
