This is great for keeping the GPS on my bike UNTIL IT RAINS! Luckily I learned this by ruining a piece of paper, not my GPS. I drove to work earlier this week and we took a shower, nothing special, maybe 20-30 minutes of rain. My bike was parked there with this and a note with directions written on it. It was fully zipped and the rental connector was at the bottom. The paper was wet along the long edge (which should be in the default image above, but it was the right side when I installed it). Now I know that even if it were to rain and I took the GPS with me, it would fit in the zipped pocket before I put it in this mount. Hopefully I can still work with the extra waterproof layer I need. .
