Review on OWC 16 0GB PC8500 Memory Upgrade by Fred Griffin

OWC has served me well for many years. Now despite long conversations with them and screenshots and system profiles of my Mac they sent the wrong 2x RAM! To make matters worse, my call or email was not answered after 2 days. Worse, their customer service department argued with me for a long time before taking back the second failed RAM, demanding a detailed report on its defects and all my attempts to get it working. They said they had no access to the engineering department records or the email I sent them!
