After I removed the old case, I couldn't install the new one. I checked everything several times before deciding this should be a replacement part. In fact, the caliper measurement confirmed that the plastic tube leading from the filter housing was larger than stock and larger than the hole it was supposed to fit. Having already disassembled the car and not being able to leave it separately, I decided on a new part. About 30 minutes of careful grinding made it possible to reduce the tube to the desired size. I do not recommend this item to anyone.
