Somewhere between "okay" and "I like". The bottom line is that you can't put a whole bag of flour or sugar in here because if it's too full you won't be able to use the leveler. Also if it is too full you have to be very, very careful when you open it because the flour/sugar gets on top of the leveling and then squirts out when you open the container. It would be nice if the leveler was removable, I would just take it out and toss it in the drawer until I used about half of the contents. (Better yet, make it removable and store in a container lid.)
