For the amount you get, that's A LOT. A ridiculous amount of different ingredients are used. So if you think about it, there's unlikely to be a ton of use from each. It's all about getting the percentage of vitamins. Basically, it's an absurdly priced multivitamin with a small amount of protein and a small amount of carbohydrates. The calorie content is very low, so it is by no means a meal replacement. Eat this with a salad with meals and you're still likely to lose muscle and overall weight. This is a real $60 product, not $99. There are better ways.
