Not as advertised Best in Cookware
Just received this set. It is well made from heavy gauge stainless steel. Why only 3 stars? One thing I really wanted was oven safe pans up to 500 degrees. The description says it. The instruction manual that came with the pans states that pans BUT handles are only oven safe up to 356 degrees. π³ Well, the handles are not removable; so it seems to me that this makes the pots unsafe for 500 degrees too! This is false advertising and I'm pissed. I will keep them because I need them and buy another pan to use in the oven but not happy.
