The best nonstick pan I've ever had!

ALWAYS looking for a great non-stick frying pan. I am very careful with my pans. no metals, no harsh detergents, no cold water while hot. and never above average on the stove. But for some reason all my pans stop working pretty quickly. I've tried traditional pans, ceramic pans, green pans, and copper pans that you see on TV. The eggs are still sticky. grrr. However, this pan is a game changer. I use it every day for eggs, chicken, fish and vegetables. This pan will handle anything you throw at it and then some. TIPS: Follow the directions and season the pan first. It only takes a few minutes and involves heating and cooling a pan of vegetable oil. This will ensure the pan is ready to use. DO NOT use this pan over medium heat. I use it on Low/Med and it can still see veggies and meat. This pan heats very evenly. When boiling eggs, soak the eggs in warm water for a few minutes before cracking the eggs. Cold eggs stick to any surface. Room temperature eggs slide easily across the pan in this skillet. Do not wash this pan while it is hot. What I actually do is let it cool a bit and then wipe it off with a paper towel dipped in canola oil. It makes the plan clean, and when it cools you can rinse it off with water. Do not use harsh or abrasive chemicals. I look forward to updating the review in 6 months followed by a review.
