ALWAYS looking for a great non-stick frying pan. I am very careful with my pans. no metals, no harsh detergents, no cold water while hot. and never above average on the stove. I have only used wood and teflon cookware. I almost always waited for it to cool before washing it off. I didn't use non-stick spray. I have never used heat. I only used light, non-abrasive Scotch cleaning cloths for cleaning. I only used it 3-4 times a week for 6 months before it became significantly problematic (everything sticks and the center warps). My son gifted me two small 8" Tramontina pans for easy frying of eggs. When I received them I couldn't believe their high quality. These are definitely professional frying pans. With a little oil, the eggs glide easily over the surface and are easy to turn with a slight tug. They are cleaned with some washing-up liquid and a couple of sponge cloths.
