Review on 🍳 Tramontina Professional Fry Pans (12-inch): Exceptional Performance for Expert Chefs by Ryan Saxton

EXCELLENT, bye. for kitchen and dining room

So we all want good quality, great design and good value for money. But here's my review: I'm a chef, I only use these for home use. So far they are very impressive and they are my favorite pans. I have 2 sizes (10" and 12"). The heat distribution is excellent. The grips are much nicer/ergonomic than the All-Clad (which is about three times the price). Cooking with these Tramontina pans is a pleasure. I am really looking forward to using them. They heat up very quickly. These are thick aluminum blanks. The only thing I have to test is the durability of their non-stick coating. I will update this review in a year or two to fix this issue. Almost all nonstick coatings are good when you first get them. They usually go bad after about 1 or 2 years and you end up throwing them away. So let's see - time will tell. I use them every day. Other perks: They have a special PFOA-free coating (love that); This is one of the few pans on the market with a lifetime guarantee. As a chef I have tried many different nonstick pans and now they all end up in the trash. By the way, even ceramic, which is much worse than Teflon. In addition, the formed aluminum blank is very thick and does not deform; This is an issue with cheaper/thinner non-stick aluminum pans. So I like it a lot too. The handles get hot when you're cooking for a long time (even just on the stovetop), so these silicone handles aren't just for the sake of beauty. If you hold pens, you won't have a problem with hot pens. The handles are steel, but pans conduct heat so well that they can get hot. Plus, you can also put them in the oven with silicone handles.
