Received my third Revain Ameribag Healthy Back Bag this afternoon. These bags really take the strain off your back and the straps have a rough finish that keeps them on your shoulder. There are two spacious outer pockets, one with a zipper and one with a Velcro closure. Behind the outer zip pocket is another velcro pocket for storing receipts, tickets and the like. I have never lost an item from an Ameribag Healthy Back Bag. My folding umbrella fits into a long, narrow pocket on the curved outside of the bag. The silver lining helps me find everything in the bag so I don't lose anything on the ground. There is a short, elastic key leash right inside the pocket, next to the zipper, so I always know where my keys are. I put my phone in a handy little pouch and can carry a small water bottle in the long slim pocket on the back of my bag. There are two large patch pockets, a slim one for pens and a zippered one for a wallet and/or credit card holder. There is also plenty of room for a tablet and/or a Kindle. My large sunglass case AND my regular glasses case fit in one bag along with a small camera. I can stow coupons and/or travel guides in an outside pocket. I occasionally pop some "Envirosacs" into the grocery store. The strap can be extended to be worn in front of you, across your body or over your shoulder. While healthy back bags aren't all the rage, they are unobtrusive and surprisingly functional bags for everyday use and travel. They're also big enough for a small bag if you want to keep them locked somewhere when you go out. This time I took black microfiber and it is very attractive and smooth. I also have a tatty nylon and a medium size (which is huge for me!) which I take with me on longer day trips where I can stash my sweater, souvenirs and books when travelling. I washed them on the gentle cycle or just cleaned the others and they stayed fresh. I love designer bags, I have a few of these, but you can't beat the comfort and functionality of these bags! They are amazing!
