My most recent interaction with QiyuanLS, an online retailer specializing in lighting, ceiling fans, home renovation, and tools, was nothing short of a nightmare. In addition to failing to meet my requirements for home improvements, their products gave me more headaches than I could have ever imagined. Let's commence with their website, which was difficult to navigate and shoddily made. The product descriptions were ambiguous and useless, and it took me forever to locate what I needed. Like attempting to find your way through a maze while wearing blinders. But when I got my items, the true horror started. In addition to being challenging to install, the ceiling fans I bought were also extremely unstable. They were going to collapse on me and hurt me badly, I was worried. I purchased some lighting fixtures, but they were just as bad. They were missing pieces when they came, and the ones that were there were shoddy and unattractive. Nothing about the goods matched what was advertised on their website. I voiced my concerns to customer support, but they responded with indifference. They were unresponsive and unhelpful, leaving me without any options or hope for a successful result. My interaction with QiyuanLS was essentially a horror story about house renovations. Their customer service was nonexistent, and their goods were dangerous as well as useless. I wouldn't suggest this business to anyone.
