I think we should always remember that these leotards are made for girls/young women who do ballet or other types of dances and they are thin. Do you remember the black swan? Both actresses dropped to 95 pounds to play those roles. Those are the weight classes I think these swimsuits are made for. I usually wear a size 2 so I ordered a size 4 and it's still TOO SMALL. I sent mine back and will probably order 5. The worst thing is that the arms are too tight, to the point where blood flow to the arms and hands is almost cut off. I'm worried that the waist and bust might be too big if I go up a size, but we'll see. Otherwise the fabric is great and the design is great too. They are only made for very skinny girls and women, so you need to take that into account. And not just this brand. I ordered Danskin and another brand which were also too small (I also ordered large sizes and it was fine). I will make no more mistakes.
