Overall, I would give 9 out of 10 for zooms. If you plan to shoot outdoors, there is probably no better lens right now, although it all depends on the goals. Quite decent portraits, decent macro and covered focal lengths make the lens versatile. This is a kind of all-rounder among zoom lenses. Pros: 1. main plus in covered focal lengths 2. Dust-moisture protection allows you to carry it anywhere 3. macro function. Of course, it cannot be compared with special macro lenses, but if you need to take a picture, say, an accessory or large eyes, it is quite suitable With its cons. 1. Not sharp enough and in my opinion the color reproduction is "not very". However, it is easily corrected in the editor, provided that the shooting is in RAV. 2. Aperture is clearly its weak side. Suitable for indoor photography only with flash.
