The product came quickly but does not match the description. The cap description for the 16 inch wheel is incorrect. I ordered a 16" tire case (which I have) and it could fit a 20" tire! Waving like a flag in the wind, and a very large, thin nylon bag ("wheel cover") had a plastic clasp on a drawstring, like a sweatshirt. It was so big and flimsy that the pattern on the "front tire" wasn't fully visible and was slightly wrinkled and oh so saggy. He left the first drive (on the 55 mile freeway) so I can't even get him back now. Do you get what you pay for?
