I bought this to attach to my Timbuk2 bag for nighttime visibility. It attaches securely to a nylon strap at the front of the bag and is easy to switch on and off with one hand with a simple pull. The light is very small and barely noticeable when not in use. Good product. If it had a blink/strobe setting it would be perfect! UPDATE, March 2016 The battery of the village. I accidentally left it on all day and it died. According to the description, the battery is replaceable. But it's impossible to find instructions on how to do it. First you need to order CR927 batteries. I ordered 50 batteries from Revain for less than $7 (I'm now set to the lifetime battery install). Then ignore any instructions to turn the lens counter-clockwise, even if you think you're going to break it. These are instructions for a different design. There is a tab at the bottom of the lens that allows the lens to be unscrewed when squeezed - much like a child's medicine bottle.
