I bought pink and blue shoe lamps (one for me and one for my husband). I'm much more comfortable walking or running at night because vehicles and cyclists can see us and avoid colliding with us. Although pink is not as bright as blue. They attach easily with my laces and don't fall off, but they're easy enough to remove when I want to.

So. I used them completely differently. I cut off all the excess coverage and made it as small as possible, then placed it in a mask under a red cloth to create a "glowing eyes" effect. I taped the top and bottom of the liner with gaff tape and they looked amazing! Also, I left them on for just over 12 hours every day for two days and they never lost any brightness.

Good light that does not fall off. Easy to turn on and off. I wouldn't buy pink again as it's not as bright as the red light I've had for a while. It's a nice pink color but doesn't look like it will actually protect me and notice me at night. I think there's a chance it just needs a new battery, but I've only owned it for two weeks and have used it four times so that's unlikely.

I like the idea but they don't shine very brightly. I bought 3 of these - one for each leg and one for my dog's collar. They cannot be seen from a distance, making them difficult to use when driving at night to alert drivers to my presence. I also bought BSeen Glow Bracelets BSeen(TM), LED Slap Band, Glow Bracelet, Glow in the Dark Bracelet (orange). I bought this to attach to my Timbuk2 bag for nighttime visibility. It attaches securely to a nylon strap at the front of the bag and is easy to switch on and off with one hand with a simple pull.
