What I hate most about automatic coffee makers is that they tend to offer few settings and adjustments that you can make while brewing. Of course, some of them allow the user to set longer or shorter brew times and program when the coffee should be brewed. Others also allow the user to set different brewing temperatures. I've never used anything electric that offers as precise control as a Pour Over. This is a very easy and fun pourover. The glass is thick and resistant to high temperatures. It is very easy to assemble and allows you to brew hot or cold coffee. We control how strong, aromatic or warm the drink will be. Combined with quality, freshly ground home-brewed coffee, we've brewed an amazing and delicious coffee that no other coffee maker we've had can match. I also love that it makes enough coffee for me and my wife with zero waste. It's a lot more fun making coffee the way we like it, and this Hario brew is perfect for the job. The only obvious downside to stewing is that it takes time to prepare by hand. On those busy mornings when time is money, the good old Dripper is still relevant because it takes a minute or less to fill the tank, scoop the coffee and press the button. By the time I get dressed I have freshly brewed coffee.
