We use the program daily as our primary interface with multiple hospitals in various states. The app itself works perfectly well. My only two gripes are that they have yet to improve their customer service department, since they're new to this business it's almost impossible but would love more input from them so I can solve issues without waiting months! And second - we dislike being told about an incident after it occurred which really makes me wonder how serious was their system error? So easy access to any records of my patients has never been easier than just using Goto Pills daily. Plus its free and it solves all sorts of problems you might end up dealing with. Its solved patient privacy concerns by allowing us to share information across hospitals. It's easy to use with my patients who have difficulty taking medications as directed! I love that it helps me see if they are complying at home too because most of them don't take their meds like we tell 'em in clinic all day long so this makes sure no one gets hurt from missing doses!! Nothing really but sometimes you get an alert saying "do NOT give" which isn't always helpful since some people do forget about things once given orally instead of IV etc..
