If you're a busy mom, this is for you! It's like having multiple tools right in the palm of your hand. I can take carrots and peel and peel and cut them without reaching into a drawer and pulling out one thing at a time. don't use it. Changing the blades was a little mysterious at first but one of my kids helped me with this and now I understand that I have to press and pull the square button at the same time to get the block out of the case. It's easy to clean and is said to be rust resistant, but I not only dry the blades, I also dry the inside of the case to make sure there's no moisture that could cause rust. I think this kitchen appliance is worth every penny. - If I could I would give 19 stars.
