I would like to take a moment to share my experience with this protein powder. In the preface to my comments, I've only used protein powder occasionally (maybe once a week at most) in the past. About a month ago I came to the conclusion that I needed to increase my daily protein intake, so after adjusting my diet I decided to add protein powder to my smoothies. I bought this product and initially had no complaints. It blended well in smoothies, was high in protein, and didn't have much flavor. While I'm sure this protein is ideal for many people, I've had some pretty bad breakouts over the course of a month. Realizing that the breakouts coincided with the time I started taking whey protein, I decided to take a break. After about two weeks my skin did a 180 degree turn and the breakouts seemed to stop. This is of course not due to the product. I still recommend this brand to anyone who is already adding whey protein to their diet. But after googling, I came to the conclusion that many people were experiencing similar reactions to the serum. I wanted to write this review so anyone considering buying whey protein knows to be aware of this side effect.
