This is an amazing counter. The wire probes gave incorrect readings, but the seller quickly fixed the problem. Amazing customer service. The temperature sensor is spot on. I checked the room temperature and it showed the same as my thermometer. NCV is another great option so I don't have to worry if the outlet has power (I still check if there is no power). It's also great for finding shorts in wires. The alligator clips work great and are great for a free hand. I like the backlight for seeing in dark areas, and the spotlight on top is great for those hard-to-reach spots. It is very easy to choose many options on it and easy to read. Autoranging takes the guesswork out of readings. This counter is so big I could go on and on. The best I can say is if you need a counter, get it. You will be happy. Oh yeah, if you have one that says VICI don't worry, it's the same meter.
