Neoteck 6000 Counts TRMS Auto Ranging Digital Multimeter: NCV Detector, Voltage & Current Meter, Temperature, Capacitance, Diode and Continuity Tester Review

This is my new benchtop meter. The size is really good. When I sit on the built-in kickstand, the viewing angle is good for me and I can switch the watch face and press the buttons without dropping the device. The accuracy is comparable to any other gauge I have in my shop. Although I don't use standard gauge needles, I have tested them and they are adequate. Alligator probes are great! I like that it uses AA batteries instead of 9V as I will most likely have those at home.

I have used many multi testers from cheap shop to expensive Fluke and this little beast does everything I've ever needed as an electrician's assistant! Just received and spent a few hours going through the manual and testing everything I could. I took some time to check the test leads, which can sometimes be quite unreliable on such meters. Alligator clip wires are larger than other wires and have a resistance of 0.0 ohms when the clips are connected together and don't wiggle at all when I move and pull on the wires. Excellent not small multimeter. It reads more than my previous meter and seems accurate at constant voltage. (This is the only one I could compare) The continuity check also worked well. Ideal for checking fuses, especially with alligator clips. It has tip holders at the bottom of the "rubber" body. They work, but there's nothing to brag about. Comes in a small box that fits everything. However, I don't think it's durable enough for long-term use. Unfortunately, none of the Revain cases I tried

This is an amazing counter. The wire probes gave incorrect readings, but the seller quickly fixed the problem. Amazing customer service. The temperature sensor is spot on. I checked the room temperature and it showed the same as my thermometer. NCV is another great option so I don't have to worry if the outlet has power (I still check if there is no power). I bought this item almost 1 year ago and have had problems with it for the last 2 months, the ground connection (-) black cable had contact problems and I have to press it down to make contact with the internal connector so that I can take measurements of any type (ohms, voltage, etc.). This is my first multimeter so I don't know much about how it works or how to test it but I'll try. very sturdy and beautiful structure and the rubber cover makes it very beautiful and makes you feel it is protected. You can also remove the rubber cover and use the 4 screw lever to open the multimeter and replace the fuses if they blow.
