Well this is the first time in my entire travel career that this has happened to me. FRIED the Surge Protector! This bad boy did his job. After finding out the reason for the lack of work in the electricity mail trailer, without this device my trailer would have been severely damaged. At first it was fried by an overvoltage (designed for it), but subsequently the output voltage of the power supply was only 90 VAC. Without this device, if the event had not fried the devices the first time, the undervoltage would surely have consequences in hindsight. And NO, they don't refurbish them, you have to buy a new one. Same goes for all the companies I've called.
