Cast Iron Cleaning - Dishwashing

This chain thing really works with my cast iron skillets. My grandson uses a lot of spices in every meat he cooks and the spices stick to the pan. I pour some soapy water into the pan and let it sit for a few minutes. Then use the chain and everything will stand up and disappear. I like the chain. Don't scratch the pan.
