PRO: - High quality workmanship of baskets and trays, has withstood repeated washing in the dishwasher without any sign of rusting or pitting - Nice rounded edge for good stability around the tray Grids fit perfectly in trays – A Pack of 2 trays is cheaper than some competitors for 1! - Uncoated stainless steel means you can be REALLY rough when cleaning, don't worry about marring the finish - Dishwasher safe whether or not the manufacturer claims they are. Mine has been washed many times with no side effects. CONS (none to be honest, just confirming what I've read and shared my thoughts in other reviews): - Made from fairly thin (albeit high quality) sheet stainless steel. Exposing it to very high temperatures may warp it, but should warp if you let it cool slowly. Mine have been used under the brazier at high power with no side effects. Because the metal is thin, I wouldn't recommend using them for very strong frying or baking. They're great for up to 12 or maybe 15 pounds per leaf, but I wouldn't recommend more than that. Don't make a giant turkey out of them (but yeah, they're not meant to be) — uncoated pans are both a plus and a minus. This means that you can be very rough when cleaning. but it also means that anything with fat or carbs in it is likely to burn into the pan and be difficult to remove. I suggest covering the pans with a layer of aluminum foil when using, but Silpat works well too. 5/5 I would recommend to a friend, might buy again.
