We swap out our toilet seats regularly and that's it. This product has an overall excellent build quality. We've always used wood that we buy from local hardware stores, but this plastic seat shows promise too. My 2 cents below: Pros: - Excellent build quality on this seat - Both doors have a slow closing mechanism and so on. doesn't bang them too much - Easy to install - Sturdy and feels solid - Comfortable to sit on - Very neatly attached and doesn't wobble during use - Clear instructions in the manual - Comes well packaged in a nice box - Very reasonable price Cons :- It's not made of wood, so I won't classify them as premium.
