These are comfortable slippers. The faux fur is nice and feels like fleece. They seem to be well made, although they are quite straight and it can be hard to tell the left from the right. They are a little loose for me. I wear a 12.5 or 13 and ordered a 13. I wonder if the 12 would have been a better choice since these say they will stretch a little. The heel folds down if you want to wear them that way, or you can pull them all the way on.I have had slippers that make my feet sweaty or smell after a while from no breathability. I did not notice that to happen with these after wearing them for extended time over a couple of days.Unfortunately, I found them to be slippery on hardwood to the point of almost being dangerous. Same with tile. It is like walking with slippery athletic socks. Not sure why as the bottom looks like sneakers. But I did notice they pick up every dog hair or piece of dust on the bottom, which my other shoes don't do, so maybe there is something about they way they are made. They are fine on carpet -- no slipping -- and I wore them on a short walk around the block with the dogs and no slipping outside either.I would not get these for elderly people or those prone to falling if they have hardwood or tile floors. But for carpeted areas or if you are careful, these are very soft and comfortable, and keep your feet nice and warm.
