I love mine I've worn them and run up and down stairs and loved the fact that I didn't feel the impact of the stairs. They are very comfortable. I have arthritis in both knees and right foot and have felt no pain while wearing them. Apart from that I also bought the black/pink ones and they feel great when you put them on for the first time but they start to hurt after a while. my feet I work in healthcare and spend most of my shift walking and standing. I was hoping that would change, but so far I'm not happy with it. To be clear, I'm talking about the first 3-4 hours of my shift, my legs are starting to hurt.
