When I connect a 9VDC battery to the case and one of the + terminals on the base, ALL the LEDs light up. When I connect the battery to a different base clamp, ALL the LEDs light up. When I connect a battery to BOTH base terminals, ALL the LEDs light up with the SAME brightness. So it works as a turn signal, brake light or parking light, but not both at the same time, and it does NOT work at NIGHT! When the parking lights are switched on, the flashing and stop signals do not work because all LEDs are lit with full brightness. The old-fashioned twin-filament lamp dims its brightness by lighting one or both filaments. So far, this LED only has one level of brightness, so it cannot provide the necessary signalling.
