Very easy to install. No problem connecting to iPhone. The sound quality is quite decent. This isn't surprising, but also consider wind noise and everything else going on around you. They definitely lack base, but the mids and highs are good. I just love that I can now jam to music while driving instead of just hearing wind/exhaust noise. The microphone quality is good enough to pick up a phone call. Also, I can now get GPS directions through my helmet, which is pretty cool.
