Super Puff! - For Ladies
When I took this skirt out of my pocket it seemed to explode and got very fluffy! It's too full for me when I wear it, and it doesn't work that well under some of my pleated skirts. Only 7 layers: 6 layers of tulle, 2 each sewn together, and a one-piece petticoat. I'm thinking of removing the last two layers of tulle. Due to the way I intend to wear it (Halloween, Holidays and beyond) and my small size, I personally find it to be overly bulky, but overall I am impressed with this skirt and its quality. Also, the band is a great addition.
