Wow, that wasn't what I expected. I drink Guaranteed Plus several times a day and my doctor told me to drink quite a bit of Gatorade and the idea that I have more electrolytes and need to drink less than Gatorade is what lured me to my upcoming surgery. It tastes like the barium contrast you have to drink before an MRI. I barely took my first sip, I got so sick. Wouldn't recommend it. As I said, I drink "Garantie Plus" and can handle high sugar levels, but mixing according to directions is sweeter than any soft drink I've ever tasted.
