Makes the water thick enough to drink

The water has become too thick to drink. This is the first time I've tried a moisture pack and I didn't like it. Not sure if this is the exact brand but neither I nor my sons could drink a single bottle.

Wow, that wasn't what I expected. I drink Guaranteed Plus several times a day and my doctor told me to drink quite a bit of Gatorade and the idea that I have more electrolytes and need to drink less than Gatorade is what lured me to my upcoming surgery. It tastes like the barium contrast you have to drink before an MRI. I barely took my first sip, I got so sick. Wouldn't recommend it. Helps my POTS when my blood pressure is too low and heart rate too high

My blood pressure is genetically low, but I need to take a low-dose drug that is also used to lower blood pressure for another reason. because. I rarely have a sudden drop in blood pressure, but when I do, I drink a bottle of water with one of these and it goes back to normal pretty quickly. It's faster and MUCH nicer than eating salt.
