I was expecting a comparable filter to the Aquagear filter. Not correct. This #1 filter was exceptionally difficult to start, taking three times as long to clean the filter to a somewhat "slow flow". #2 I knew from first taste this Seychelle filter was below par. Water tastes like tap water. I could taste chlorine and chemicals, which was not the case at all with the Aquagear filter. Number 3. The Seychelle filter does not remove all chemicals like the Aquagear filter. I feel like I wasted my money on this product as it now sits in my office having only made 2 full jugs of water. Result; If you're buying a tap water filter and want to remove SOME chemicals then this filter is fine, I won't buy it again, waste of money.
