Our city water contains a lot of calcium and we needed a good filter that would remove all harmful substances such as chlorine and fluoride. I really like that I can rinse the filter so I can use it longer. I can use it for at least 4 to 6 months. Retains the good minerals you need while getting rid of all the bad stuff.

These water filters are absolutely great! We have been using Seychelles water jugs for many years. Although these filters are a bit expensive, they capture 99.999% of all impurities and dirt in the water. You can definitely feel the difference between Seychelles filtered water and others. We don't use anything else. Thank you for a great and high quality product!

I like that it filters everything, not like Brita. BUT the price is sky high! I started buying them a long time ago and one day they magically doubled the price! So they know they just want to make more money and don't care about the health of their customers. City water is terrible and full of toxins. I was expecting a comparable filter to the Aquagear filter. Not correct. This #1 filter was exceptionally difficult to start, taking three times as long to clean the filter to a somewhat "slow flow". #2 I knew from first taste this Seychelle filter was below par. Water tastes like tap water. I could taste chlorine and chemicals, which was not the case at all with the Aquagear filter. Number 3. I have been using this product since my mother bought me a jug for Christmas 2012. She bought it with a regular filter and it filters the water well enough that I don't need as much bottled water. Some may complain about this issue, but I take it as a pro. These things filter crap out of your water and then clog when they get full. I don't see that as a disadvantage.
