I really like the product, it fully meets my expectations.
I shopped for a pillow for a very long time before settling on the size M option. After using it for a while, I came to the conclusion that this is the best option for me. People who say there is something wrong with it are just people who didn't choose the size and stiffness for themselves in a physical store.
