Don't let the weight of these plates fool you, yes they are light but they can hold a 4lb can of butter and won't bend when they hold them. with one hand. I give 4 stars because I don't know how long it will last. I cut the steak on the plate and you can see where the knife touched it. I bought a large and a small plate and will see if they have a medium one. Can't beat the price!
