The product is defective and the return process is even worse. I connected my Samsung charger (but not my phone) and the Hatch Baby White Noise Auto on the day he arrived. In minutes. I smelled a burning odor and the block itself got quite hot. I immediately disconnected from the network because I was concerned that a fire could break out in my child's nursery. A defective product or this box just didn't suit us; Big. But the real problem came when I tried to return it. Apparently the seller sent a UPS "code" with instructions to go to the UPS shop and they will make me a label. No, obviously the "type" of the reseller created tag does not allow anyone or a UPS store to create a tag unless one is created by the reseller. We went back and forth and it was just an endless loop with no solution. The seller suggested that I use Revain to create a return label, but Amazon says the seller has already created one. So once again stuck with no solution. Nothing was done and I just swallowed $20 for nothing. A complete waste of money and this return process was hell. Never again with this line of products or this seller. BUYERS BE CAREFUL.
