I bought these shorts for work because I needed knee length shorts or had to wear pants. They are so soft and comfortable and the pockets are nice and deep. I'm 5ft 4" and 115. I bought the small first and then the medium. The little one is perfect for me, but I wanted a little more freedom. They are very dimensionally stable and I've only seen slight shrinkage. after washing and drying them (warm water, hot dryer) They are not super thin, but neither are they thick, I would say they are the perfect shorts. the ones I'm most attracted to, especially my work shorts.
