I really liked this product but I don't recommend it. In terms of dishwashing and finishes, they work great and seem to be holding up, but I just can't stand the smell. They appear to be natural fibers, but the smell is definitely based on petroleum and not natural fibers. Is it coated with some kind of preservative? I followed the instructions and put them in the washing machine while hot first. Not only was the smell not washed away, but the rest of the laundry washed in that load now smelled of oil as well. I really hate them but can't use them just for the smell otherwise they would be great.
