I like that it has so many features! It's easy for restaurants owners who are not computer savvy, or don't have time during busy hours/weekends - as they can run their business remotely from home at night while still keeping track in one place without having multiple programs open all day long (or forgetting something!). The interface could be easier but once you get used too its very user friendly with lotsa options if needed!! Great product overall & great support team behind this program. We use o live because we want our clients' orders placed quickly by us AND also allow them access via smartphone app when away FROM OUR PLACE OF BUSINESS which makes life MUCH EASIER. ! The best part of our life at olive is definitely their great customer service. I have not experienced anything that they could possibly improve upon, but if there is any improvement in terms of user interface it will be my pleasure to upgrade. I don't like the mobile app as it's very slow and the UI looks dated. You should try using this amazing product for free. It really helped me in my business operations by allowing me to manage my restaurant effortlessly.
