This thing is solid. The construction is snap-together reinforced by 1/4 inch metal bolts that provide extra reinforcement in all the places that need it. The material is thick and durable, the stainless top is pretty beefy and all of the parts are rugged.Assembly is pretty easy. All of the parts are labeled and the directions are clear. A lot of thought went into this as the plastic frame has places where you put nuts for bolts you'll be using in the next steps so you only need one hand to do the tightening. All you need is a screwdriver, they include a hex head tool for the bolts. There are no hinges or other complicated things to mess with, most steps are just snapping things together.It took me about . 40 minutes to assemble it out on our deck by myself. I didn't need help. The finished product is exactly as pictured with a nice stainless top, a rugged cart, cupboards with doors that open easily and close tightly. I can't imagine this thing not lasting at least 5 years.Maneuvering it is a little awkward but easy enough for one person to do. The leveling feature of the back legs is really nice because it lets you level the thing on a lawn without a problem. The wheels are designed more for decks, but they still work if you need to use it on terrain.I had no problem following the instructions. It's not a lot of work, it just takes a little while. I would have given a 5/5 in maneuverability if the wheels and leveling feet were just a tad bit bigger, but like I said, it's not hard to maneuver in a yard.I recommend ordering 2 small padlocks to go with it, the hole for the locking feature is about 3/8 of an inch, so any outdoor "locker style" padlock should be fine. The storage is ample for a bag or two of charcoal along with some bags of wood chips and a starter chimney with some room to spare.Great buy / value for the money.I really like this and I'm glad we bought it.
