I started building computers in the 80's and 40 years. External drive bay covers - they don't fit properly and don't snap at all so they move around when you put them back on. There is also no easy or quick way to install a DVD drive. It's not worth removing the entire socket it goes into, so I left it open. This worked well since the covers for the empty slots in the external drive bay wouldn't hold up well anyway, so it would be easy for me to put the drive back in if it ever slipped onto it when I pressed the eject button. Each fan requires a Molex power cable. They might make things easier if the front two went through one that slips easily through the OUTER drive bay, but no. The front ones can at least be linked together as they are close enough to reach. The same with the back. It's just awkward. And I don't even want to start talking about the horrible hard drive mounting system here. Wow, it's like they took a bunch of kindergarten kids and asked them to design something and then picked the WORST of them all for their design. I tried this after getting the latest rackmount case for the disaster recovery equipment we make for customers. there were no fans and they had to be purchased separately. My fault is that the fans included here are NOT worth all the other hassle. Absolute junk and I will never buy these things again. Unless you enjoy making up 4-letter words when setting up your hardware, avoid at all costs.
