Like the Vizio TV/monitor I bought, this item does NOT work properly! The remote that came with the original TV/monitor was a useless piece of plastic. So Vizio suggested I try the improved remote control. So, to continue this offer, I bought it. Just as useless as the original remote control! You must download a program from Vizio to your computer in order for feature activation to work on this remote. I really don't think the remote control needs all those tires to work like most TV products. I will never buy Visio products in the future.
