I tried their ashwagandha chocolate version and it worked very well. I even gave some to my son when he was worried about the test and it seemed to work. I've never tried GABA + L-Theanine for stress, so thought I'd see how it compared to their adaptogenic version. The chocolate tastes like good dark chocolate and is made from allulose, a sugar substitute that I hadn't really tried before trying chocolate from fx. It doesn't leave the weird aftertaste that stevia or monk fruit sometimes have. It's a bit pricey at $22 for 15 but I can see myself buying it as a gift for some people I know when I want to send a gift and thinking of you knowing they've been through quite a bit .
