Does what it should!
I've never had a probe thermometer but it was easy to use and did the job. You can switch between meat types or set a custom temperature if you don't have a preset lifespan. Batteries are not included (I didn't realize that and didn't have a thermometer the first time around) but that's about the only negative thing I have to say. Happy roasting.
